ICO Boom and Bust by 2020 is my prediction. (less than 100 ico's in 2020 will 1,000 of ICO and a few will blow up causing regulations)

New Regulations that will hold ICO's company's accountable (through smart contracts) for hitting milestones to get access to more cash is one Idea i had.

What are some other ways or ideas do you think will help standardize ICO method to raising funds

    There has to be some more stability going forward. My main two focuses are Bitcoin and Steem. Both I see as strong big time players in the future.
