(ICO) STACKTICAL - Downtime Compensation as a Service
Hello dear friends! Today I will tell you about a very interesting project. This project name is Stacktical.
Stacktical is a hyper-efficient service level management platform on the Ethereum blockchain, that automates the compensation of users during downtimes and other performance events that affect their experience. The Stacktical platform is powered by DSLA the Decentralized Service Level Agreement utility token.
It gives users the ability to:
- Access the Stacktical platform
- Run scalability predictions
- Form compensation pools
- Publish Decentralized Service Level Agreements
- Indemnify users upon performance failures
- Reward support teams upon performance achievements
- Redeem service collectibles in the marketplace
Compensating internal and external application stakeholders.
Using DSLA tokens and the Decentralized Service Level Agreements of the Stacktical platform,companies can automatically indemnify their customers for performance failures, while rewarding their support teams for operational excellence.

A Circular Economy of Indemnities and Rewards
A Circular Economy is a regenerative system in which waste become capital.
The Stacktical platform and the DSLA token are designed to align the interests of all application stakeholders, in performance and non performance situations. The provider starts by defining service level objectives (A) and stake DSLA tokens (B) to form a compensation pool (C). The compensation pool is depleted according to good service levels (D) and bad service levels (D’).
Token owners can either withdraw the DSLA they received as a compensation to their ERC-20 compatible wallet (E) or exchange them for promotional offers, loots and other service collectibles in the Stacktical marketplace (F). All tokens exchanged on the Stacktical marketplace return to the compensation pool (C), ready to handle the next performance failure.
