Digital currencies with masternode features rely heavily on investors who operate the community for the community. However, managing the masternode is always a challenge for non-programmers and unobstructed investors to configure their methods. This is the critical reason why we decided to build a user-friendly ecosystem in the configuration of the methods. For example, the Parlay team focuses on user experience and an easy management system to run the masternode. More information about the configuration method will be presented in the PrimeNodes section.

SECURITY
Since Bitcoin appeared in 2008, many cryptocurrencies have been developed and launched with each feature alone. Its features include technical models, business services, ecosystems, and protocol-based platforms.

However, all cryptocurrencies contain the general backbone structure; game theory, mining / awards, decentralized ledgers, merkle trees, and blocks.

Because of similar features in blockchain technology; they allocate important related issues such as network congestion and network delays. Therefore, the Parlay team primarily focuses on solving and minimizing network delays to stabilize transactions within the network.

Why do blockchain networks experience network delays? This occurs when the number of direct transactions increases in a short time while the mining difficulties remain the same until retargeting the next difficulty after producing the block.

In other words, one can deliberately increase the number of transactions repeatedly in a short time frame to cause network congestion and network delays. If a program has a method for generating transactions in a short period of time to the blockchain network, the program may damage the network by causing the termination of the producing block for extended time. The Parlay team named it a blockbuster attack similar to a DDOS attack to the server network.

PROPOSALS IN COMMUNITY
To support network growth and stability, the Parlay.Live platform provides the right proposal for users who support Parlay (PrimeNode) networking services. Each PrimeNode holder can post Parlay events on Parlay.Live and get incentives from our system. Parlay Prize will be governed by our budget management system and will integrate with Parlay.Live.
Proposal on Parlay. Live must contain the following items:
• The description of the parlay event includes other races, games, competitions, and/or events in the future.
• Parlay Prize: gift type & gift size
• Parlay fee: the price of the event ticket
• Parlay Period: the period of event participation

PARLAY CHAIN SPECIFICATIONS
The PoS Parlay consensus algorithm allows each stakeholder to participate in transaction validation on the network. To improve the growth of stable and secure networks, we provide more incentives to PrimeNodes holders. Each point of the PoS ParSS block is divided into 60% set to PrimeNodes and 40% is assigned to stalk the node.
