Blockchain technology has been the most rated and populous technology over the years. Despite the development and growth recorded with the use of this highly rated technology, there are still some things to be done for its 100% effectiveness and its success. There has been increase in global usage of blockchain technology and crypto-currency at large but despite this increase in the number of adopters of blockchain technology it is observed after series of researches that not even half of the world population have been able to use this great technology. There have been efforts from blockchain enthusiasts in the world to make sure there is global usage and adoption of blockchain technology.

Some factors are responsible for low usage and adoption of blockchain technology which includes: Lack of good and financial information, Lack of good internet network and High Level of Illiteracy in some region. It was discovered that some areas and regions of the world are still lacking behind in the aspect of internet network in which this has really affected the use of blockchain technology in those areas as a result of lack of internet network.

Another issue facing the financial ecosystem is the high transaction charges been charged by the platform. Before the onset of blockchain technology, people were been charged high rate for every transaction conducted in the traditional banking platform. The introduction of this technology has eradicated the traditional payment methods.

Another problem identified with the financial payment system is the dependency on the third-party which this has affected the way transactions are been done in some years back. Crypto-elites in the world have criticized the traditional banking system because the transaction method is slow, in-secured, centralized, lack of transparency and trust. Because of this there have been several crypto-currency project which aims to solve the problems facing the traditional system but at the end they weren’t successful with it.

Problems facing the financial platforms such as poor customer service, lack of financial literacy, lack of awareness on blockchain technology, lack of good KYC method, lack of good returns on investment are the reasons why the global adoption of blockchain technology and crypto-currency are lacking behind. The security of the traditional system have been questioned over the years because we have seen lots of funds been lost to hacks and attacks from the centralized platform as a result of bad security system. This is the reason why SPARKPOINT have beefed up its security with the latest advanced blockchain technology. As I have said earlier on that SPARKPOINT will be the most trusted and transparent platform simply because the financial transaction will be recorded and documented on the blockchain network which can be accessible anytime of the day. Trust and Transparency are lacking in the traditional payment system and these problems arise as a result of lack of proper documentation of financial transaction.
