A lot of changes and development have happened in the music industries as a result of introduction of blockchain technology. Before the advent of blockchain technology, music and art performing industries have faced some challenges which have hindered their growth and development. But presently, things are lot more different than it used to be and this is because of adoption of blockchain technology. Some problems have been facing the music industries and artists generally which majority believed it’s a s result of enhancement in technology which has affected the music industry. What really transpired into this is the notion people have regarding sharing of music content online and likewise piracy issues which has affected the music industries drastically. There has been declined in the profits generated from music and the whole music industries over the years but people believed that the technology is affecting the music industries in which that was never the case. It is only novice that would truly believed that technology have negative impact on the music industries. What the need to discovered is the real problem affecting these music industries at large which includes CENTRALIZATION, lack of trusts and transparency in the system, Lack of security from the music industries.

Centralization has affected the music industries and their artists over the years because the industries and platforms are been controlled by central authority. The power of the platform are been designated to single set of people as a result of its centrality. The performers and the artists don’t always have a say in the music industries because the industries are been centralized. Lots of extortions have been recorded in the music industries over the years in which this has affected its development and progress. Some artists in my region here do pay before the music can be promoted and released online and goes for all the performers. Some years back a friend of mine who is talented in music performing art paid and exorbitant fees before he could be allowed into the music industries. The major problem was the profits generated after releasing his music contents online which was far below the actual money charged by the music industries. I always imagine what will happen if this idea of charging performers exorbitant fees continues and that’s why I’m glad today to discuss this great project called “IMUSIFY” that will put a smile at the faces of all performers in the world.
There are lots of music and videos streaming performed by people every day which this have generated huge amount of money to the music industries but at the end of the day the real performers and producers of the content always go home with little to nothing profits in which these have affected new member going into the music world. People always believed music is life and as people always says “all work without play makes jack a dull boy” majority has seen music as the best form of entertainment and because of this, the sector needs urgent improvement and this improvement can only come through IMUSIFY project which is a decentralized blockchain based project

IMUSIFY project aims to create a marketplace for sharing of music contents and thereby generating more income and profits to producers directly without the involvement of any third-party services. These idea will reduces high production cost been charged by the third-party platforms, it will also makes the transaction more secured and transparent than it was in the previous centralized platform.
The use of blockchain technology by IMUSIFY will also increase the efficiency of its platform because the other centralized platforms are suffering from in-efficiency. IMUSIFY approaches to decentralize the platform will help identify the new and the best talent out there in which this will improve the music industries sooner than expected.
