GBX — Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange
Good day my dear cryptolovers and cryptoinvestors. Today, I am proud to announce GBX — a new Blockchain exchanges from Gibraltar. (For those who don´t know — Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, and it most famous by the Rock of Gibraltar.) Company: GBX Limited, is a subsidiary of GSX Limited- the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (“GSX”). GBX got an amazing aim — is to be the world´s first licensed and regulated token sale platform, operated by European Union regulated stock exchange. Why it is amazing — because for a first time ever, a regulated stock exchange is stepping into the blockchain space to offer much-needed guidance and standards by bridging the gap between traditional finance and next generation technology to usher in a new era of blockchain powered finance.
Why GBX is needed? Good question, isn’t it? We got already a lot of exchanges, someone of them we like, someone no, there easy to use platforms and very not user friendly. ICO and token: GBX will issue token, and will call them Rock Token (I believe like a Rock of Gibraltar) — RKT.
Rock Token will use Ethereum Blockchain platform and will be standard ERC20 token. ICO consist of 2 phases — Private and Public sale. Unfortunately at the moment Private sale already finished with amazing result — Fully sold (raised 21 mil $). Next step — Public sale. It will start 07FEB2018 at 12:00 UTC and will end already 7 days later, or even faster if hardcap reached. And I believe public sale will end much faster, because Max Cap is just 6 mil $, what I believe might be reached even less than in 1 hour.
Price: 1 RKT is equal to 0.10 USD (in ETH value)
Supply: Total supply is 900,000,000 RKT, but only 35.4% are reserved for ICO. What is really small amount comparing to other ICO´s. More details about token allocation you can find below.
Minimum Purcahse: For private sale minimum is 100 USD (in ETH), by the way for private sale it was 200,000 USD, so just imagine who are investors.
