Red Pulse ICO excluding Chinese investors - Party time
Just a thought, if Chinese citizens are not allowed to participate in ICOs but can buy cryptocurrencies once they get listed on the exchanges that means that they'll be rushing in as soon as they can and make the price of the tokens go even higher.
