SprinRole will let users build their professional profile that’s is trustworthy and verified, in the current job market due to the competitive nature of finding jobs the employees are building false profiles where 58% of hiring managers have reported exaggerations and falsifications in resumes and the problem has even risen to a point where it is a common problem in the market. Companies are using lots of time and money to attest and verify employee's information before hiring and after the employees exits the company.
SpringRole will reduce the costs of company's verification of professional profiles, according to criminal watch dog a nationwide criminal background check costs $25 - $45 per candidate – for companies with many applications per job post the verification process can be very costly and due to the large number of applicants – Companies seeking better results are even charges more for the screening process.
Due to the high charges in verification process's companies choose to skip verification and those who do verify profiles spend a huge amount of money and time to complete the process. SpringRole is solving this problem by creating a trustworthy platform that is trustworthy and the process will be cost effective and will take less time by eliminating multi-level process to a much smaller process of just checking the candidate's entry on the profile.
