SpringRole is a decentralized professional network helping with solving the global recruitment and professional profiles attestation and verification process, SpringRole will use the power of blockchain technology to create a community run and managed ecosystem that will solve the problem in the industry.
The main focus on SpringRole profiles will be based on the user educational qualifications where educational institutions can verify the user profile creating a weighted endorsement, the profile will also focus on users work experience where organizations the user claims to have worked will be able to endorse the user claims. Organizations workmates and friends can also endorse the profile creating a decentralized peer to peer attestation network
How SpringRole Works!
Professional users will be able to create professional profiles in the SpringRole platform including their educational details, work experience, proven skills and the community will be able to validate the information provided, this will be made possible through the SpringRole network that allows smart contracts and distributed technology that will allow SPRING Token incentives distribution and the processes to be stored in the blockchain.
The details register on the blockchain are verified by respective companies and educational institutions an example is where a university will verify the education background of the former student and the company where the user works or previously worked will be able tp verify the experiences of the employee who had worked there. The communities can also attest the user details by endorsing the skills registered on the platform.
Companies who require to verify professional information will be able to check on the SpringRole network, they include employment agencies who will find this information very cost-effective, simpler and effective way of finding trustworthy details to help them in their verification process.

SpringRole will make the verification of professional profiles simpler, speedy, cost effective, secure and interactive through the SpringRole network. The process is quite simple where the user updates the profile with the education, work experience and skills capabilities and the community help in attestation and verification of the profile through blockchain technology innovative features such as a trust-built ecosystem.
