I had been contacting them since more than almost four months since start of their ICO regarding issues with my account and exchange activation. But they are unable to solve till now. When I am trying to contact them over mail and telegram they are just banning me. They are not even refunding my funds invested and neither they are solving my grievance. Overall a strict no no to their ICO
