Looking for information about launching an ICO

I need your help and expertise.
I'm the Chief Hemp Officer at Hippie Butter LLC - http://hippiebutter.com
We've been growing super fast over the last few years and it's time to look for investors.
I love crypto currency and would like to offer an ICO to raise funds to take Hippie Butter to the next level. Because we sell 100% legal hemp products, normal funding channels are not a good option.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get started?

Find an angel investor to start with. An ICO is (unfortunately) not a fundraiser, per-se.
Google (marijuana cryptocurrency), a few people have launched coins look at how they did it. Maybe work with one of them.
Learn how to write and implement a smart contract. Decide what your coin will be worth (initially) and what (if anything) it will be backed by. Describe why someone will want to hold or buy your coin.
Consider incorporating in a State or country where all hemp based products are legal (there are several), raise money there.
Take donations in Bitcoin or other Alt-Coin. Offer incentives for donors.
Be VERY CAREFUL if you are in the US. While your products may be legal in your jurisdiction they may not be legal federally. If you raise money using cryptocurrency for an activity the country considers illegal you can go to prison for money laundering

Ah then all of the above should work, and some banks/grant providers might even work with you.
