IoTeX - A Decentralized Network for Internet of Things

Hello great people of blockchain, here I am again with a perfect idea, an excellent project and very promising platform which is called The IoTeX!!!

What is IoTeX Project?

Directly connecting all IoT nodes to the one single blockchain is a dream that can not become true. Besides the fact that different IoT applications require fundamentally different feature sets of a blockchain, hosting every IoT node on one
blockchain makes it grow fast in size and computation and eventually become too heavyweight for many IoT devices. Instead, a separation of duties make sure each blockchain interacts with other blockchains when needed.

Long story short, IoTeX is the next generation of the IoT-oriented blockchain platform with vast scalability, privacy, isolatability, and developability for incubating new IoT applications and ecosystems. Connecting the physical world, block by block.

Subchain-as-a-service (SAAS) to facilitate fast prototyping and production of new IoT applications and ecosystems.

What is the development plan?

The Platform have released their first Testnet preview, StoneVan, on April 20, 2018. Their next code release will be Testnet Alpha in late June, which will include the first implementation of our full Roll-DPoS consensus scheme with voting support. IoTeX’s long-term plan focuses on building IoTeX subchains, software development toolkits (SDK), and developer tools, as well as collaborating with IoT companies / developers to build DApps utilizing the IoTeX platform.
