TOPLANCER will connect Client & Freelancer directly through smart or no third party contract.
Client project payments are made in local currency. A decentralized exchange instantly converts the local currency into Toplancer Coins
After the freelancer sends the project within that timeframe. The escrow system verifies the work performed by freelancers. If the freelancer work is honored by the client, the payment will be sent directly to the freelancer equivalent to Toplancer Coins.
If the client is not satisfied with the work performed by the freelancer, the client can then appeal to the dispute team.
Back-end decentralized automated exchange converts Toplancer into Tether (TUSD) coins, which are stored in escrow system.
Freelancer can change Toplancer coins to USD, GBP, EUR, instantly.
The dispute team will review all the evidence and other information provided to decide a fair decision. Dispute resolution is final and can not be changed.
