The president and chairman of the exchange committee of the Moscow Commodity Exchange which before the banking crisis in 1995 was on the fourth place in terms of turnover in Europe and met all established standards of leading European exchanges.

The joint-stock medical insurance company "Rosmed" (he was the chairman of the Board of Directors) created with his participation and under his guidance, was one of the leaders of the local medical insurance market in the Moscow region and is still actively working on the insurance market.
