Talao - Freelancing Blockchained

In the recent years, with the advance of Internet and the changing mind-set of the new generation, getting a job is no longer a requisite. It also meant that there was no age restriction to when and how you could earn. One such method of earning was by Freelancing. It allowed for anyone having a particular skill to be able to make money, usually right from their home via the Internet. It has led many of the users to opt out and start out own their own, but this could not be done by anyone. For a student, with not much of capital and experience, it is not ideal for them to venture out to start their own Freelancing website offering their services. But the Freelancing Industry has never stopped booming as people have nowhere else to go.

It will also solve the problem of prices and they have stated that they will charge no fee from the Freelancers and Employers. This and the fact that they plan to store the details and skills of the Freelancer on the Blockchain and assigning them a Token, will allow for much better selection of skilled people based on their proven previous work experience and skills.

They plan on powering their platform with the introduction of TALAO Token that is based on Ethereum's ERC-20 Token and their Pre-Sale is currently in progress and it requires for you to be registered, Whitelisted and KYC Verified in order to participate in the ICO. They also state that they'd burn all the unsold tokens after the ICO.

The Founders of the Project includes a lot of well-known personalities like the Creator eMindHub, a France based Freelance Marketplace and many from the Consulting Service Provider, Fi System. They are experienced in their domain and have good support staff with diverse qualifications.

They are backed by a huge advisory group, which consists of Investors, content creators, Staffing Heads, Legal Advisors and many others well experienced in their respective fields.

Conclusion

They have a really good vision and a product that is demand and requires something new for it to become as good as it was when it was first introduced. Even though there are a few good sites out there, the market has become too centralized, just as in the case of Stock Digital Contents.

They have got a great team with experience in this field and even diverse advisory board backing them up.

The only problem is that they would have to face a lot of competition from the traditional as well as upcoming similar Blockchain projects and if they can hold out on their own till the end, they surely have all it takes to be the innovation that all Freelancers were eagerly waiting for.
