Let's take a look at what I just came across as I was looking through the top icos of the third quarter of the year and what the platform plans on disrupting in our centralized world.when we look at a customer what will you see the answer is what you and I will say because we are all consumers of a particular goods or services. These various goods don't just get to the final consumers like us without passing through the usual channel of distribution which is the wholesalers and the retailers who in this article will be commonly called merchants. Without this set of important people in the process of distribution it is hardly possibly for a finished goods to reach its final consumers, it now means that once a goods leave the site of the manufacturer the whole responsibility of selling the goods solely depends on how this group of merchants can convince consumers to buy from them and not from anyone or anywhere else this is simply because a manufacturer will supply goods to any merchants that is interested not minding how close their shops are even if it is in the same community, meaning there is competition between merchants especially when it comes to quick sale and customers loyalty. When we look at the way we go to various shopping outlet I discovered that many customers prefer to go to shops where their goods are relatively cheaper or places where they will be given small reward despite the price of the goods they buy. One might have noticed, if we have two retail stores close together and both are selling similar items, one will have more patronage than the other. Reason for this patronage depends most on difference in price of goods especially in developing countries, but if we even the field and we say they sell at the same rate, one will still notice the difference between the amount of patronage this now comes down to how both treat their customers when they visit their stores to buy goods.
Now for any retail or wholesale outlet to retain it's customers and even increase the number of people coming to purchase from their stores, they must put in place different things that will both excite a customer and make the customer feel like a king or queen. This comes down to how employees of that store show respect to their customers and how they are ready to assist the customer in making right choices when buying either in the store or off store services. Another means is creating a reward plan for customers loyalty or for those that spend a certain amount of money, this has been used for a long period of time but after much analysis, people discovered that this process didn't increase loyalty but increased seasonal purchase due to the fact people will come and patronize only when their was a discount given or some type of reward will be given for amount of goods bought. Different types of reward system has been tried to be applied but till now none seems to be fully effective until this platform came along with an idea that will make cryptocurrency to be generally acceptable by millions and also create a platform were by customers will be eager to come to a merchant store to either buy or physically take part in promotional driven ideas.
