With the advancement in technology nations that are technologically advanced have decided to fuse ICT with medical practice and storing of data so that anytime and any day the health personnel in charge of a patient can easily found all relevant information about his or her patient know what type of drugs the patient is allegic to and also give a definite type of treatment for a particular disease condition not only that, all relative personnel involved in the recovery process of a disease all these are usually seen in developed nations whereby data of every single patient is usually stored into their local clinic system such has electrical medical records, patients recording system and general practice system but still there has been several report of either missing files or incorrect file even though the information is portable hardware and various software whereby the information can easily be transferred.
