Seal Network ICO: The Superior Supply Chain Solution
In 2017 there was a lot of buzz surrounding supply chain management solutions on the blockchain. In 2018, many of the major blockchain conferences have featured this as a main topic. Global trade in the production of goods is the most important pillar of the global economy. Protecting these goods from counterfeiters should be the number one priority, if trade is to flourish. Many blockchain solutions have emerged to fight counterfeiting; such as VenChain and Walton. However, none is as better suited to stop counterfeiting than Seal Network's anti-counterfeiting solution.
Why is this?
The solutions offered by VenChain and Walton are based on RFID chips and tags. To the layman, this sounds like an effective method; however, the RFID solutions that Ven and Walton are based on are immutable and can be copied or manipulated. In contrast, Seal Network’s is using NFC chips on which ownership and product status/condition can be updated with the proper authorization. The dynamic data environment of NFD chips will provide more accurate data in real time than the systems offered by Ven and Walton; and almost impossible to copy for counterfeit.
But Ven Chain and Walton are working with many big companies?
Yes, Ven and Walton may have a few well-known customers at this point; however this will change once Seal Network is deployed in Q3 of 2018. Seal will deployed the most functional and effective system to stop counterfeiting, so businesses will easily be able to recognize Seal Networks superiority over others. Furthermore, Seal Network is the only blockchain project endorsed by the IACC (International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition) which is the largest non-profit association protecting against counterfeiting. It would be my guess that the many of the major brands that are members of the IACC would be more likely to work with a solution that comes from within the organization.
But VenChain and Walton have MasterNode which are more popular with crypto enthusiasts.
That maybe true, but Seal is building a platform for customers and businesses; not crypto investors. The secondary resale market is a growing business opportunity. Until now, brands had no way to benefit from the resale of the their creations/designs. However, brands that use Seal Network will be able to receive a percentage of the Seal tokens transferred between buyer and seller for providing information of the product’s authenticity. Also customers will be able to register ownership of their products which with help in recovery in case of theft or damage when making insurance claims. I can see Seal Network winning over many brands in the near future; as using it’s technology is a win for all involved!!
In addition to the benefits mentioned above, Seal Network will also help to prevent “Night Shifting” where subcontracted production facilities manufacture more than contracted to, to sell on the “black market”; and also “Parallel Importing” where goods meant for a specific region and sold at a lower wholesale price are illegally redirected to other regions and sold through unauthorized channels.
So as you can see there is no doubt that Seal Network is the clear leader in the supply chain industry. So for more information on Seal’s game changing solution, please visit the following links:
