The ODEM project is a blockchain based educational marketplace in which students around the world will be able to choose from a large number of options, one way or another related to their training.

To achieve these goals and solve identified problems ODEM creates a platform with the following characteristics:

• Effective tools for sharing and understanding information related to training requirements as well as its objectives which is necessary to meet the rapidly changing labor market requirements in the process of globalization.
• A real-time system for negotiating, describing the details of the training program, and payment on a pre-agreed schedule.
• An integrated mechanism accessible to all participants of the platform designed to form a detailed curriculum that is understandable and coherent with all parties.
• The ability to qualitative and accurate translation from one language to another and back to avoid misunderstanding of important nuances.

The ODEM platform will be presented in the form of several applications deployed on the blockchain Ethereum which guarantees transparency and ease of transactions, information about which will be stored in a distributed registry. Data relating to the search, adding new courses to the training program, and others not related to payment transactions will be located and processed outside the blockchain.
