TOKEN SALE
The short name of the token is SPTX. SPTX token is an ERC 20 token on the ethereum network. The total token supply will be 460,000,000 SPTX tokens out of which 104,650,000 SPTX tokens will be reserved for private sale. 44,850,000 SPTX tokens will be made available for sale to the public. Minimum purchase is set to 0.05 ETH. Token price is 1 ETH = 1.112 SPTX. The soft cap of the project is 18,000 ETH. SprintX will not raise more than 200,000 ETH which is their hardcap. The tokens which remain unsold will be frozen. The ICO will start on 23rd May till 23rd June.
10% of the tokens will be reserved for the team, 10% will be reserved for advisors, 12% for business development and 2% for the developers.
60% of the proceeds from the ICO will be spent on SprintX capitalization, 10% will be used to further develop the platform, 24% of the funds are allocated to Nova Foundation, 5% of the funds will be invested in property and the remaining 1% is for the team and a management.
