Bethereum is an innovative social betting solution built on blockchain technology. Designed to tackle the key challenges of conventional betting, it delivers a host of unique features and improvements. Grossly speaking, the value of a digital token (or any finite asset) is driven by the laws of
supply and demand. The greater the demand and the lower the supply, the higher the value.
We created a token with solid network utility and a vast number of use cases. Demand for
Bether will grow as the number of players increase and more businesses and operators join
the ecosystem. In turn, token supply will be fixed at the time of the token sale and it will
never rise again. After the token sale, all unsold tokens allocated to the sale will be burned.
We will continue burning part of the circulating tokens, as detailed in the section below,
gradually decreasing overall token supply.
This combined effect of demand growth and supply reduction make the Bether token a
very strong candidate for value appreciation.
Token Burning
Players will be charged 5% of all winnings in order to cover the cost of third-party services
(e.g., Smart Contracts, data feeds, statistics). Smart Contracts will automatically burn 10% of
this commission. As explained above, this will result in a decrease of the token supply,
driving up the value of the Bether token.
Token burning will end either on 31 December 2022 OR once 50% of all tokens distributed
during the token sale has been burned, whichever event comes first.
Furthermore, we will burn all unsold token sale tokens.
