Gatcoin ico

Gatcoin is a platform on which customers and businesses benefit mutually. On the platform, businesses can either use Gat tokens, or issue their own tokens which cab be bought and sold with Gat tokens. Gatcoin also has an air drop feature where in businesses can air drop tokens to specific demographics (location, spending habits, ect…). Gatcoin plans to have a mobile app as well.

The tokens businesses create can either be used or traded on the Gatcoin platform. The targeted air drop feature, as I see it working, would be similar to getting exclusive ecoupon deals. In my unprofessional opinion, the air drop feature could be an attractant for a respectable number of customers who otherwise would not participate. Who doesn’t like getting deals and “free stuff”(air drops) right?

Looking at the Gatcoin platform from a business perspective, having direct access to specific demographics could provide significant advantages as far as marketing is concerned (provided that enough people come on board as to give a wide variation in personal interest). I can see how having access to these specific demographics could potentially make marketing campaigns more efficient. In theory Gatcoin looks good for business. Only time will show whether or not the platform is a success in the real world, or not. All I can say for certain is that the Gatcoin platform looks interesting to me, as a consumer.

The fact that the Gatcoin allows for trading between tokens makes the platform look that much better. Say, for example, I got tokens for business #1 air dropped to me and I wasn’t interested, where I would be interested in business #2 and didn’t receive any airdrop for that. I could trade my #1 tokens for those of #2. There will also be a black list token option for tokens you’re not interested in, kind of like a spam filter.

On to the team…While there is an impressive assortment of business, development and tech people on board, I cant find any listings as far as legal council. Further more, even though there are well put together descriptions of everybody’s role and professional experience, I don’t see any links to social media for any of the team members. Personally I feel that an international business platform such as Gatcoin requires experienced legal council in order to navigate the intricacies of the environment.

That being said, I’m looking forward (as a customer) to using the Gatcoin platform. Have a look for yourself and form your own opinion.
