OPP OPEN WiFi is a platform that aims to bring free access to WiFi via hotspot network. They reward contributors for being a part of the network. In order to participate to the network you need to register and then download their mobile app. The app will activate the mobile hotspot function the WiFi network will be seen by guest users who want to access the web. Payments and billing for both hotspot hosts and hotspot users will be managed using blockchain technology to ensure transparency.
