BLOK, the new blockchain based workforce model

What's the token about ?
BLOK is a platform that revolutionizes the actual workforce model, especially where there is short-term contract between employers and employees. This model reveals many limits: Workers cannot obtain bargaining agreements like traditional employees and thus, they often have unfair contracts. Intermediaries charge high fee to connect workers to companies. To solve these issues, the BLOK platform uses the blockchain technology and the smart contracts. This allows to bring transparency and efficiency and completely change the model.
In this new model, companies put their offers to the blockchain network. Workers can browse these offers and choose the ones that are most suitable for them (thus form a smart contract). Once the work is done and verified, the smart contract is executed and the workers are paid with BLOK tokens. A reputation rewards system is also implemented to gives credibility to both companies and workers. This really changes the connection between companies and workers in terms of time, cost, quality and transparency.
