What is YouToken?

YouToken is a unique platform that allows people to convert human intelligence into a financial asset (a token). Human intelligence has a value just like any other financial asset (currencies, stocks, bonds, etc.). We take people's creative concepts and turn them into tokens. Hence, converting human intelligence into something of value.
We take the creative ideas and commitments of others and turn them into tokens.

Market Overview and Value Proposition

YouToken is working at the intersection of three markets: 1. Rapidly growing crypto and blockchain market; 2. Growing crowdfunding market; 3. Online trading/investment market.

Our main goal is to disrupt the crowdfunding industry using the opportunities of blockchain technology and the FinTech industry (online trading/investments). We simplify the investing process and capitalize on entrepreneurs who are at the early stage of their succes

We will target:

Disadvantaged Entrepreneurs: we specifically plan to attract, and increase the number of creators at the early stage of their idea who don’t have access to other crowdfunding or investing opportunities (i.e. Kickstarter, Indiegogo, angel investors, etc.)
Investors/backers: we plan to attract and increase the number of investors/traders/backers who already have experience in the financial market and/or traditional crowdfunding but don’t have an access to “human intelligence” investment opportunities (investments in creators, not just in their projects).

YouToken is going to leverage the growth of the crowdfunding industry via:

Focusing on the personalities of entrepreneurs, not just on their products,
Establishing a connection between traditional business initiatives and possibilities of blockchain.
Simplification of the crowdfunding process (no paperwork and legal entities are needed to start entrepreneurship). Online trading/investment

HOW IT WORKS
• YouToken assigns creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) to each entrepreneur who is registered on the marketplace.
• Investors who are willing to support entrepreneurs' creative ideas / projects are given the possibility to purchase the entrepreneurs' creator tokens (YTN_creatorname).
• The more an entrepreneur succeeds, the more their YTN_creatorname price grows, bringing benefits to them and their investor (s). It works in a fashion similar to stocks on the stock market.

• The total value of the YouToken platform is expressed in YTN tokens. YTN token is an asset that can be purchased/sold/traded on cryptoexchanges. The YTN token price depends on the quantity of entrepreneurs registered on YouToken and the quality of their projects. • Investors who are registered on YouToken have the possibility to invest in entrepreneurs’ creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) as well as the tokens of the entire platform (YTN token). • YTN token is a tradable asset that can be bought/ sold/traded on external crypto-exchanges
