BITRACE IS PLEASED TO UPDATE ITS INTERNATIONAL FAITHFUL COMMUNITY

London / Tunis, 29October 2019 – BITRACE Investments Ltd (the "Company" or "BITRACE")is pleased to update its international community about the Company’s progress.

At first, we would like to congratulate Tunisia and its new elected President for the successful democratic transition.Tunisia is defacto becoming he sole Arabic country in the region that demonstrates a real democracy. We firmly believe and we are fully convinced that Tunisia offers the perfect environment for our business undertaken.

Furthermore, we would like to thank all of our Token-holders for their trust and patience and we want to reassure them that the new democratic Tunisia will work to boostits economy by facilitating the implementation of all the national mega projects during the new five years term 2020-2025, including but not limited to our project: Tunisia Racing F1 City.

We would like to cite a realistic roadmap in order to inform our Token-holders:

(1) Q4 / 2019: Finalization of all Studies related to Tunisia Racing F1 City and completion of funding.

(2) Q1 / 2020: Completion of all Blue Prints of the Project and establishment of the procurement, contracting and sub-contracting plans. In parallel, the kick-start of the properties’ sales in Europe and worldwide.

(3) Q2 / 2020:Contracting of the Prime Project Developer and kick-start of the Project.

(4) Q3 / 2020:Procurement plans for all major technologies to be implemented into the Project: Water Desalination Plant, Green Energy Plant, Telecom Plans (Fibre Optics and 5G Technology), Smart Technologies etc.

(5) Q4 / 2023: Finalizing Project construction
We are looking forward to making a major contribution to the success of the Tunisian economy by creating 10,000 Direct Jobs and 5,000 Indirect Jobs during the term of 2020 till 2023.
