The role of tokens
On the IAT platform, tokens will play a key role, as they will act as a form of immediate tokenization of real estate. These are ERC-20 compatible tokens that can be stored on both the IAT platform and third-party wallets that support the ERC-20.
Potential IAT members will be able to purchase tokens either during the month during the ICO, which, as we have said, started on June 15, or starting from the third week after the end of the crowdsdale - through the crypto-exchange exchanges. But you need to take into account the fact that the market value of IAT after the public sale will increase, and kraudsail itself may end prematurely if all tokens put up for sale will be sold.
The IAT solution also provides for such a notion as NIAT (Native Instant Assets Tokens). These are also tokens, which are equivalent to IAT tokens. Each individual NIAT will be tied to a separate real estate market around the world, that is, to a specific country. Moreover, each category of NIAT will be tied to the national currencies of these countries, so each of them will have its own token for the tokenization of real estate.
NIAT tokens, which will be used separately in different countries, can be purchased exclusively using IAT tokens. As a result, the acquired NIAT will function for carrying out various kinds of operations in the real estate market.
