What is a team?
A team is a group of people working together to achieve a common objective. They are united for a common cause. Companies assemble thier teams based on their ability to undertake the task at hand given the team members' educational and professional qualifications and their track records.
Needless to say successful projects are synonymous with formidable team, asserting the fact that a project is as the brains behind it.
In other words, without an excellent backer, an idea no matter how innovative,might not see the light of the day.
From the pointer above, one can confidently assert that the importance of the team backing a project cannot be over emphasized. Therefore , I take further steps to review the members behind this wonderful project.
