What is Gagapay Network?

Gagapay Network is a foundation built for smart marketing and uses smart contracts to create a transparent, and trusted platform for anyone to use. On the backend, the technology behind their software is based off of the NEO platform, which will allow for both a private and public blockchain, which will, in the end, allow the two blockchains to interact with each other. Their platform will also have easy functionality for the UI making it more desirable for organizations to use their software.

The Team

This team behind Gagapay Network is definitely interesting. When I did more background research on some of the team members, I found that some of the main team members might not have a ton of experience in developing blockchain technology. At least it isn't shown that they have this experience on the website, or on their LinkedIn profiles. Their advisor, Eduards Marhelis, is currently working as a blockchain developer, as well as developing AI/WEB at AndIT Solutions. Not completely sure if they are going to have him do backend work or not for Gagapay, but he will definitely be a helpful advisor on board. The CEO of Gagapay, Raitis Kaucis, definitely has good business experience in his background which will definitely help the company if they hit any road bumps along the way, as well as their CTO, Dmitrijs Sekundo.

Going forward, it would definitely be a smart idea for the Gagapay team to expand their team to bring in additional developers to help build their platform (if you're a Silicon Valley series fan, you might know these type of developers as "Stallions"!).

The Problem

For many companies, it can be extremely difficult to get companies started up. Or if a company already has their "feet under their shoulders", it can be difficult to get that extra leg up against your competitors to really get that bolster in sales or revenue that you really need.

The Solution

This is how Gagapay Network plans to change the game for marketing companies and helping them grow to become extremely successful. Just to name a couple companies who have previously had successful marketing campaigns, similar to how Gagapay plans to help companies, are Amazon, Uber, and Dropbox. Pretty sure you've heard of them! They're all extremely successful organizations!! They have found over history that the most successful way to market an organization is through Word-of-Mouth (WoM) marketing. This typically brings in the most reliable clients and gives the best brand recognition. Back in 2015, Nielson did a survey and found that "up to 89% of customers has put 'the highest level of trust in recommendations from people they know'".

How Exactly is Gagapay Network Solving This Problem?

Gagapay Network plans to become the first blockchain backed "build-your-own affiliate, referral, network marketing, loyalty and bounty program tool". As explained before, one of the huge advantages to using blockchain is its transparency. Some of the different things that will be stored on the blockchain are:

1. Affiliate, referral, and networking market tree
2. Recording and storing of changes in multi-level tree hierarchy
3. Proof of Payments
4. Proof of Reward payouts
5. Smart contract powered auto payout for multi-level tree structures based on project
   settings
6. Smart contract powered reward calculations based on user identity
7. Smart contract powered user network rating
8. Time based smart contract actions (Auto rewards based on time and other criteria)

The blockchain transparency not only goes for the consumer using it, but also the company using the SaaS (Software as a Service). One of the most important features about Gagapay is that their UI will be extremely easy to use- allowing for "drag and drop" tools as well as premade templates, and design agents. In addition, they will charge low commission fees making it more worthwhile for different organizations to use their technology!

One of the interesting aspects of Gagapay is how they are built off of the NEO platform. This allows for a unique blockchain network. Not only will they have a public blockchain (from the NEO blockchain), but they will also have a separate, private blockchain specific for Gagapay.

This means that the nodes on this private blockchain will be owned by trusted third parties, meaning that their platform will be truly decentralized (initially, Gagapay will own these private nodes). The reason for Gagapay using this private blockchain is because when a smart contract is deployed on the NEO blockchain it will cost 500 GAS (1 GAS = ~$28), so it will be cost effective because fees will almost be nonexistent from the deployment of the smart contracts.

The Token
