Bitcoinus will allow all businesses and retail stores to buy, keep and spend cryptocurrencies.
The goal of Bitcoinus is to create a platform that will allow cryptocurrencies to be used as a means of payment, like visa for fiats.
To do this, they will launch a blockchain on top of wich transactions will be fast and fees very low, in order to compete with visa.
Their objective is to be able to make a transaction in less than two seconds and with a fee of 0.5%.

Pretty advantageous. No?

Yes and if they implement all related features such as vendor evaluation, plugins and API access for developers.

Words to the dev

The Bitcoinus team is less focused on obtaining the maximum amount of commission but rather on spreading the technology around the world. A fast and efficient penetration of the incredibly dynamic blockchain industry market is more important than focusing on a single P/L line today. That's why we will carry out an intensive marketing and global sales campaign to dominate the market. The Bitcoinus platform will be integrated in most e-commerce platforms.

Our business strategy is designed to reach the majority of e-commerce companies and enable them to realize their potential in this new decentralized global payments sector.

Roadmap

It seems that their blockchain is already operational and could finish its development in September. But this point is not clear...
I'll try to find out more.

Their roadmap is quick enough for a project of this scale, we could have a fully functional platform within a year already if they stick to the roadmap of course.

ICO

The ico is already in progress and operates by investment tier. This started with a 47% reduction ending in the next few hours, with the token price increasing at each step. To finish May 10th with a 5% discount on the final price of 0.001 ETH/BITS.

Personnal view

This is an interesting project, but I find that the documentation doesn't go deep enough regarding the principles of their blockchain protocol. Although they are explained how disputes will be resolved (by automated escrow). no technical solution as to whether the transaction/s objectives can be achieved.

- Potential

If one compares to the actual e-commerce transactions, the possibilities are huge as shown in the graph below.
An interesting project, Well explained, still not a lot of reviews, but they have already filled their softcap. and the KYC blockchain is probably a part of the project that should not be forgotten. This may push them to the glory if their solution is wildly accepted.

But I fear that there are more powerful players in the market who will stop their development.

- Terms

For me, If you decide to invest in this project, it will be for the long term or to sell as soon as ICO is released. Their Whitepaper leaves me a little confused, and I'm waiting for more news to reinforce me in the idea that this project could be a GAME CHANGER!
