Before emergence of Plentix the index of loyalty of NPS (Net Promoter Score) was considered as rather effective tool. This index reflects readiness of clients of the concrete company to recommend her goods, services and her to other users. Plus to this NPS shows readiness and desire of clients to repeatedly use services or to buy goods of the company.

Assessment according to the NPS index is made in several simple steps. At first users are offered to give the answer to the question "What Probability that You Will Recommend a Company/goods/brand to the Friends/acquaintance / Colleagues?" having specified assessment on a scale from 1 to 10.

Following the results of such poll all participants are divided into three groups: those who is ready to recommend the company her goods and services (those who has given a mark from 9 to 10) those who neutrally treats products of the company and gives a mark 7-8 and also those who isn't ready to use services and to buy goods of the company and the more so to recommend them to other users giving a mark 0-6.

In order that on the basis of these data to count the NPS index it is necessary to make simple calculation – from percent of supporters with points 9-10 to take away percent of critics with points 0-6. The turned-out result is also the index of loyalty of clients that can tell the companies about the involvement of users of their activity of efficiency of marketing programs of quality of a product and so on.

But the problem is that such way of assessment of the involvement of clients as NPS as a result is ineffective and shows readiness of users to recommend a product in general and only shows his assessment on the basis of the last actions.

Plentix will analyze on the contrary those data which will indicate the potential of participants of referral programs thanks to which business will grow together with the number of clients their involvement and profit.

With the Plentix platform the owner of business independently defines how exactly to reward and by that to motivate clients to become participants of the referral program and to invite new users to get products and to use company services.
