The project “Bank of Memories” was founded in early 2016. Initially the creators planned to implement the project by themselves, using technical developments in the fields of data encryption and data protection of “Security
Services Group”.
In the middle of 2016, LLC BANK OF MEMORIES (serial number of the application registration B16108140) was registered in Georgia by the project’s initiator and his partners. The back-end component of the system and the mobile
app, that initially was supposed to collect standard payment for storing and sending messages without providing the proper level of anonymity, were developed.
Then the strategy was revised, the technology was changed and it was decided to issue the BMCoin and to launch the ICO. Bank of Memories as a start-up has already attracted investors' attention, more than 5 million coins were sold before
the start of Pre-ICO. According to the results of the crowdsfunding campaign of Bank of Memories, coins sold out in less than 6 hours raised more than $55,000 that was more than half of their total amount at this stage of the project's
development.
Our project has already attracted investors from Ireland, Israel, Russia, Ukraine and other countries. Our team came to the conclusion, that before we attract venture capital or similar investments, we want to make the main idea of our project clear to its potential users and participants.
