Sidera: The first Decentralized Wearable Devices with blockchain technology
Sidera platform is created to provide end to end solution for the crypto consumers that enable users in Point of Sale (POS) retail using the smart watch and contactless smart band. It is the first one to use the blockchain technology in the decentralized wearable device. Sidera network is initially targeting Europe and monetize the participation by providing free hardware to retail stores.
By introducing the incentive based participation it will attract more users to Sidera Network through the comfort and convenience of use, the accessibility of disbursement with mobile devices and the simplicity of the smart watch. With the help of Sidera, there will be a boom in the generation of new and old, as well as big and small cryptocurrencies.
With keeping in mind its main goal which is to provide a unique device which can simplify the interaction with crypto currencies, making more pleasant process and fully scalable, Sidera will develop the Decentralized Wearable Devices (DWD). With the help of SmartBit project, users would be able to send and manage Bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency or ERC20 token completely from their wrist in a unique and secure way. Features like addresses, contacts, blockchain synchronization, etc. will be handled by a smart watch linked to a companion app.
There will be three specific versions of SmartBit, as mentioned below:
- BitBand: It is a multicolor interchangeable wristband with a touch display;
- BitWatch Premium: It is a 3-color elegant smart watch with a touch display;
- BitWatch Visionary: elegant smart watch with a touch display and multi-layer security with facial recognition and a biometric sensor.
The features of SmartBit include, secure anti-theft system, ghost mode, wrist to wrist transactions, continuum, seed entropy generation, POS payment NFC, Autodetect of transaction address, and some extra features like notification, QR code, news, price alerts, trading chart view, watch faces.
