ICE Skating- Philadelphia City Hall

The rothman ICE RINK has been massively popular since it opened in mid-November for outdoor ice skating.

As the weather cools, actions at cold weather attractions heats up in philadelphia.

The ice rink is open to skaters of all levels and all ages, those who arent so familiar with ice skating can take part.
