We have found ourselves in the midst of the worlds most harsh economic zones, where basic social amenities such as transport, housing, transportation, stomach-infrastructure, education and employment is increasing becoming scarce or non existent.

I am going to give you in details my experience as a citizen of the nation I call Nigeria.
I wasn't born with a silver spoon but I had basic needs met while growing up unaware of the realities of the society around me.
Every person in Nigeria knows that the conditions of living before in the 19's cannot be compared with what we have currently.
My elders would tell us of the beauty and comfortability of the nation and how they could live off their mearge incomes and still be happy because of the way the economy was run by the then economic planners and national leaders.
This story is certainly not same as the weight of our economic hardship has led to many ills in our society (ill common in an ailing economy), what do you expect our leaders and national leaders only now care about themselves and their businesses at the detriment of the survival of an ordinary citizen as me.

I am currently a student of a Nigerian university where i study to become a radiographer. Gaining admission in a federal/public institution of learning is like the California gold rush(1848-1855). Every one believes a university degree is the sure guarantee out of poverty as they seem to be just two line drawn in the social sphere of the Nigerian society. This in itself has led many to involve in corrupt practices to attain this goal.

To be continued...

We are still a happy people notwithstanding our situationPoverty-in-Nigeria.jpg
