Apple's tenth-anniversary edition of iPhone -- iPhone X -- is available for pre-order in India. At a starting price of Rs 89,000, iPhone X is the company's most expensive iPhone launched so far. Apple CEO Tim Cook called iPhone X "the biggest leap forward since the original iPhone" at the smartphone's launch event held at the company's new campus Apple Park (in California) on September 12.

This is also the first time that an iPhone is arriving in India in the first phase itself. Though so far there is no announcement, buyers are likely to get cashback offer on Apple iPhone X purchases made via CitiBank credit card. Sources, who didn't want to be named, told GadgetsNow that a cashback offer is in the works. It may either be flat Rs 10,000 off or a discount of 10% on MRP. So far, no offer is available on Apple iPhone X on Amazon India's website. However, Flipkart is offering 10% no-cost EMI options on Bajaj Finserv starting at Rs 4,499. There's also an extra 5% off on Axis Bank Buzz cards.
