How I felt when I earn my first '1 SBD' #I_Rise contest

Honestly I don't know how to start but I'll first say a big thank you to @olamaxexchanger for sharing this great contest with me. Also, a big fat thank you to the 'brainbox' behind I_Rise_network. I wish you grow more than this.

My first post on steemit earned me some cents not even upto 2 cents. I was so discouraged with that reward because I did a lot of research to gather the post. Although, I was on steemit to learn, meet people, improve on my writing skills but getting reward isn't cut off. I was about calling it a quit when @thankgodikkc who told me about steemit guided me how I could write a post on introducing myself and mentioning how steemit has affected my life. Lo and behold, that earned me more than an SBD. I WAS LIKE OH MY GOD FINALLY I HAVE A PLACE TO LEARN, MEET PEOPLE AND ALSO GET REWARDS. To be sincere, that proved it to me that there's a lot steemit is going to offer me and it has been keeping me going.
