Around mid-January, we announced the HyperVerse refund program in this blog post and on the 20th of January 2023, the refund program officially kicked off.

        THE PROGRESS SO FAR

Registrations: On the first day of the refunds program, we had over 1500 registrations and that number has been steadily rising since then, with an average of 100 new registrations per day.

KYC: On the first day of the the refund program, over 1000 members submitted verification requests and this number has steadily been on the rise since then.

KYC Approvals: An average of 40% of the submitted KYC requests has been approved and one of the main reasons why some the remaining 60% are rejected/skipped is mainly because of incomplete/inaccurate information provided. An average 70% of second time applicants tend to have their verification applications accepted.

30% Verification Deposit: An average of 10% of those members whose KYC application has been approved has completed this final crucial step and we are proud to announce that a 100% of those who has successfully completed this step has been reimbursed.

       REFUND PROGRAM FAQ

1. Who Qualifies For A Refund?
   Ans: Every member who made an external deposit into HyperVerse qualifies for a refund. Kindly note that only initial capitals(1x) would be refunded, no accumulated profit or bonuses would qualify for the refund payouts.

2. Which Currencies Is The Refund Paid In?
   Ans: USDT, USDC & BUSD.

3. I Registered Multiple Accounts, How Do I KYC Them?
   Ans: The bet way to perform KYC for multiple accounts would be to merge the accounts, the process to do that is quite simple, all you have to do is….
   I) Register your primary account in the HyperVerse Refund Portal, Ensure you use your registered HV email.
   ii) To commence verification, scroll down to the user dashboard and you would see the verification button.
   iii) Complete the verification process by uploading your government issued ID or Email. In the space where you’re supposed to input total deposit amounts, you should input the combined deposit amount for all accounts you want merged (this is the most important step for this merge)
   iv) Send an email to [email protected] about an account merge, you should list the email addresses associated with other accounts you want merged in the body of the email.

4. Which Information Is Required For A Successful KYC Application?
   Ans: The necessary information required are as follows:
   i) Identity Verification (image uploads).
   ii) Withdrawal wallet address.
   iii) Amount previously Deposited (All External Crypto Deposits Into HyperVerse).

After successfully submitting this information, your application would be reviewed within a 48 hour period.
