HYPERSIGN: THE NEW FACE OF IDENTITY MANAGEMENT

IMG_20210829_071653_061.jpg

While internet users are trying to build trust with a handful of identity management organizations, this also creates unsafe exposure, numerous security vulnerabilities, hacks, and data breaches on their personal information.

These data breaches have become unbearable. With hackers outrightly stealing and impersonating individuals, employees, or clients as a result of direct login access provided by users to different online platforms. At the same time, the current security protocols put in place to combat these attacks seem ineffective as these users' information is still prone to hacks and attacks.

We ought not to forget that there is a dark side that comes with using one-time passwords to access data on websites and apps online. Over the years, this factor has remained inconspicuous to uncountable digital users despite being one of the most effective and easy access to data processes.

Hypersign is a decentralized identity and access management infrastructure, developed on public-key cryptography that uses QR codes in place of OTPs and social logins. It also provides encryption of users' info, thereby avoiding a third-party interference.
It aims to provide seamless cloud storage for all verified users' credentials, giving the users 100% control over their data, including protection from all forms of potential cyber-attacks.

Hypersign was built in 2018 with the hope to accomplish the following mission :
• To eliminate data breaches
• Empower humans to regain control of personal data, and,
• Democratize security for enterprises at an affordable price point.

In general, the Hypersign network seeks to eventually empower internet users to have full control over their personal information. They also seek to minimize third-party interference and vulnerabilities.
