Greenhouse 17-05-2018 - Lettuce Salsa

I finally have the first tomato fruit show up!

Everything is getting taller.

Trying to get the strawberry runners to root straight into the plugs.

Aaaand ... another one. The new Lollo Rosso's are approaching maturity. They've got some really nice colours!

Had another lettuce harvest.

Trying to come up with ways to use extra salad I came upon a salsa recipe. Garlic, lemon, vinegar, chilli, salt pepper and the lettuce.

It worked better than expected, way better to be honest. Paired with some lamb and it was great!
