The effect of hydration on health, well-being and performance is often overlooked.
Statistically it's estimated that 75% of Americans are living in a state of chronic dehydration‼️ This is important to know as a drop in just 2% causes a small shrinkage in the brain that causes significantly diminished concentration, co-ordination and cognition. ⏳Don't wait for thirst. 💦
Usually it's only once we're thirsty that we become aware of dehydration, at which point negative effects of dehydration are already present.
Make an effort to drink at least one glass of water for each hour you're awake.
