Why is the Left so inconsiderate towards Texas after Hurricane Harvey

You know just when you think Hurricane Harvey wasn't enough, You get assholes like these belittling the victims who lost their homes after the flood, soaking wet and cold and were looking for shelter. They said that the "Texans deserved getting flooded for being a Trump supporter or Anti-left in general".

The money that was suppose to aid the People of Texas who got screwed over by the hurricane. And what does she do, she pulled this ass-hat move to fuel her own cause. Of course with a conman and liar like her doing this I'm not surprised. And of course to add insult to injury the Legacy media can't help but rear their fucking ugly heads in with their usual tabloid trash. One instance is them bashing Melania because she was wearing heels. I swear if they could not get any stupider they keep pumping out their propaganda. And of course they bash on trump for stupid reasons. How about a legitimate reason to criticise Trump like proposing to remove the ban on giving military surplus for police officers. like we really need the cops to look like a standing military again. Now back to the topic aside, the media can't help but get their politics into a non-political issue.

I'm actually glad the Texans are able to help each other out and I appreciate what people do to assist them in these tough times. I'm one of these people who is also doing my best in the relief effort. Hell I'm doing charity streams to assist the people in the Gulf Coast of Texas by helping another fellow content creator who lives in that area and helping him raise the funds to help his community. And I am just a no-name blogger and YouTuber (these days just content creator because YouTube is being an ass) without any political connections.

Now the stupidity isn't from stupid academic eggheads anyway, there's also the stupidity from some of the businesses and hotels who decide to jack the prices up for hurricane Survivors looking for Shelter. in Texas, that kind of shit will not stand. When a bunch of people don't even have a sense of empathy for the surivors it really makes my hope in humanity shrink gradually, and of course the televangelist Joel Osteen is a fucking hypocrite for telling people to donate to his Mega-Church and not actually donating some of his own millions to the Texans to show how much of a man of God he really is, and instead he will send 'thoughts and prayers" instead of actually putting effort to help those people, but I am glad that a successful mattress business owner known as Matress Mack opened his doors to the survivors so they could have a place to stay with no charge at all. The people and the communities in Texas will always look out for each other especially in the toughest times. You gotta give respect to that.

The last thing we need is to have our politics get in between our sense of compassion for others, and actually give a shit towards our fellow men. When disaster struck Texas, that was a proving point to see what people will do about it. Our actions say a lot about who we are as people. So as a closing statement let me put in a piece of wisdom, What we say and What We Do will always have an impact on someone and no matter how big or how small, there will always be a reason to be compassionate even in our most nihilistic times.
