My youtube feed is always populated by crypto news, TA, and other areas that I enjoyed listening to.

I was listening to one of the channels I subsribed to on youtube, the channel was Huobi pro. The latest video posted on the channel is found below, and I wil give my reflection, thoghts, and summary on it. You can watch below

Huobi, founded in 2013, is one of the leading exchanges in the world, offering their services in multilanguages.

The interview session was attended by the COO of Huobi Global, Mr Robin Zhu Jiawei, who explained his antecedents before joinining huobi, his contributions and the goals of huobi(short, mid and long term).

In joining Huobi, Mr Jiawei has conducted alot of training in Universities, companies and communities.

This shows how much information, awareness and understanding of the blockchain technology have been passed accrossed. In reflecting on this, I believe this move will give a wider room for adoption and mainstream usage.

So, from 2013 to now, huobi has grown so much in the space and being among the market leaders is deserving.

The global development strategy for Huobi

As explained by the COO in the video, Huobi has 3 exchange in 3 countries, with plan to have their exchange in 10 more countries, over the world. Huobi Korea, Huobi US and Huobi Japan were already launched.

One of the programs of the Huobi in their strategic development is called Elite.

This is to be done by inviting blockchain professional from different countries around the world. The focus is on building the blockchain business of Huobi, and this set of participants will be rewarded.

In my thought; I believe this is a good way to get the best brains in the crypto space in advancing the blockchain technology and driving the vision of Huobi.

As we know cryptocurrency is popular in Korea, and market driven forces are also in Korea and Japan, this explains why Korea is one of the targets of Huobi.
Also, USA is a big country with big potential in the crypto space, both in financial and human resources and launching an Huobi US exchange is a good idea.

10 exchange over the world and 100 Elite all over the world are the goals of Huobi. Also, building number 1 global exchange.

In the long term

Huobi is planning on a community driven business model. Since community is a major driving factor in crypto mainstream.

In advancing their community development stratagy, Huobi gave decision making to holders of their tokens, Huobi token.

A simple practical test of this model is the Hadax voting. This is a step in the right direction. Building exchange based on community, Hadax(Huobi Autonomous Digital Asset Exchange).

Blockchain is a big game changer, enabling value transfer from one countries to another, with no middle man, nor exchange transaction fees. How soon this might be, is something to look out for.

Huobi has a brilliant and professional teram in Biejing, Hongkong Tokyo, San franscisco, Singapore, Also, they have stable technology which has been proven over the last five years, with no securityy problem.

In summary

Huobi has proven itself to be one of the top exchanges to be of reckon in this cryptocurrency market. They have been tested and trusted over the years. They are able to get their goals met and has delivered value to the crypto community.
They have the right talent, team, in more than 10 conutries , working hand in hand, with thesame vision, proven technology and the communiuty. This is an exchange company to stay.
