  • The Bavarian Prime Minister Kurt Eisner (USPD) accuses the Foreign Office, since it is headed by representatives of the old system, cheat it with his policy, the German people. This opinion is shared by the workers, soldiers and peasants council in Munich. He calls in vain on the workers 'and soldiers' council in Berlin to overthrow the government.
