- The Hessian councils insist on calling a National Council as soon as possible, since they expressly reject any form of dictatorship.
- The Conservative German People's Party (DVP) was founded under the considerable participation of Reichstag deputy and industrialist Gustav Stresemann.
- In the new production of Friedrich von Schiller's "Wilhelm Tell" by the director of the Berliner Volksbühne, Friedrich Kayssler, play inter alia. Jürgen Fehling, Adele Sandrock and Mary Dietrich (later Marlene Dietrich, actually Maria Magdalena von der Losch).
