  • The last German troops leave Alsace-Lorraine, which is occupied by French troops.

  • The center publishes a new program in which it opposes any form of class domination. At the same time, the Christian-Conservative party is renamed the "Christian People's Party".

  • The Council of the People's Deputies in Berlin promulgated compensation for workers in the event of temporary lay-off of the business by decree.
