Dreaming of the Power to Write Executive Orders
Oh, if I only had the power to sign Executive Orders. Some things would quickly change in the cybersecurity world, starting with the "Cyberwarfare boomerang common-sense rule".
Effectively Immediately:
I hereby order all cyberwarfare operations to create antidotes at the same time they create offensive weapons, and our sensors tuned to detect when they are used against us.
Henceforth this will be referred to as the "Cyberwarfare boomerang common-sense rule"
Because sometimes it takes an executive order to institute common-sense.
