the four banditos LOL!! Speaking of the Outback, last time I was there I asked for HP sauce and they gave me their smoked steak sauce by mistake. I was very unassertive at that stage of my life (Ten yrs. ago). It ruined my meal and I just went home and never went back. So unassertive....
Somehow I missed having that problem... While I'm not obnoxious, I don't have any problem sending food back or insisting that some error -- especially one that I'm paying for -- be corrected... ;)

when I tried being assertive once about a dreadful meal, I complained and the waitress asked, "what do you want me to do?"
I was rattled and said, "Take it off the menu."
The girl's face fell.
My wife intervened and smiled, "He means take his item off the bill."
