Life of an IT Person (Chronicles) #1

i work for an organisation that has about 1400 users and about 450 various devices (computers) and countless amount of devices that has a power Plug and i am not in charge of those but some People in my Organisation seem to think that if it has a Plug

that means it must be IT.
there are two of us me (IT administrator ) and my minion the IT tech and some very old computers spread across this huge site.
we come across so many issues on daily basis that i could easily write a 20 page newsletter every week.

came into work early morning and phone is ringing , person on the other side says my screen is black can you please help it's urgent, have you tried the power button ? yes but it's not working so i went down there looked at the pc and pressed the power button and "it is alive" i looked at the person and their reply was it is usually ON when i come in the morning.
