It is so sad but so true, that is what so many are being taught. Great meme
It is difficult, and the balance is messed up. On one hand you have people being taught that because of grace you are covered (out of context) and in other brick and mortars you are taught that everything is a sin. Grace is a free gift. We lose sight of that thinking we can do or be a certain way. We also lose sight of that thinking we can earn it. My perspective would be because of grace I am set free, and always being mindful of that controls the balance. Even being born again we have the ability to sin.
People eat such crap in order to have it easier. Mostly they don't know where they are going to.
Great meme. At the end of that passage it says "and the like" or "things like these" (depending on your version), so to me that says that this was not exact but a list of examples and there are so many more that were not written down. I think it is very important to also reference Gal 5:18, and always think about..should we go on sinninh so that grace might increase, surely not. Be well! @freedompoint
Grace points to the law and the law points to grace. The Law pushes us to his grace because there is no way we can keep it without his strength. So we must derive all our strength from God to keep his Law.
